Analisis Tingkat Keterpaparan Kegiatan Prolanis Pasien DM Tipe 2 Pada Dua Puskesmas Kota Bekasi

Chronic Disease Management Program (Prolanis) is a government program in the health service system that is implemented in an integrated manner and involves participants, health facilities and BPJS Kesehatan. Prolanis' goal is to encourage chronic disease participants to achieve an optimal quality of life so as to prevent complications. The implementation of Prolanis activities at a Health Facility may be different from other Health Facilities. To determine the success of implementing Prolanis activities at Health Facilities can be done by analyzing the level of exposure of Prolanis activities to type 2 DM patients at both puskesmas in Bekasi city. This study aims to analyze the exposure level of Prolanis activities in type 2 DM patients at PKM A and PKM B. The research method was descriptive analytic observational and was carried out in PKM A and PKM B with a total of 80 patients as respondents consisting of 40 type 2 DM patients at PKM A and 40 type 2 DM patients at PKM B within 1 (one) month. Prolanis activity data for each health center were collected using a questionnaire that met the validity and reliability test requirements. Prolanis activities carried out at the two puskesmas included medical consultations, club activities (gymnastics), group education, SMS gateways, home visits and health status monitoring. The results showed that the exposure level of Prolanis activities in PKM A was higher than PKM B.

Teh kombucha rosella merupakan hasil fermentasi antara gula dengan starter kultur kombucha (Acetobacter xylinum dan beberapa jenis khamir). Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktifitas imunomodulator teh kombucha rosella berdasarkan jumlah Limfosit T. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan mencit putih jantan sebanyak 25 ekor yang dibagi menjadi lima kelompok yaitu kontrol normal, kontrol positif, dosis I dengan dosis 91,5 mg/KgBB, dosis II 182,5 mg/KgBB dan, dosis III 365 mg/KgBB. Aktifitas imunomodulator dianalisis dengan menghitung jumlah sel limfosit T yang membentuk sel roset pada haemositometer. Analisa dilakukan menggunakan uji ANAVA satu arah Teh dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Tukey. Terdapat perbedaan bermakna antara kelompok normal dengan kelompok dosis I, dosis II, dosis III, dan kontrol positif. kelompok dosis II sebanding dengan kontrol positif. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa teh kombucha rosella memiliki efek sebagai imunomodulator terhadap jumlah sel Limfosit T pada mencit putih jantan pada dosis II yaitu 182,5 mg/Kg BB yang sebanding dengan pemberian imbost sebagai kontrol positif.

Background: Breast milk is the best nutritional liquid and has many important nutrients to support the baby's growth. Based on Riskesdas 2021, 52.5% of the 2.3 million babies do not receive exclusive breastfeeding. One of the factors causing babies not to get exclusive breastfeeding, such as flat or immersed nipples, sore nipples, swollen breasts, mastitis, improper breastfeeding position. Various efforts can be made to facilitate breast milk, one of which is breast care.

Objective: To find out the effectiveness of breast care for post partum mothers with smooth breastfeeding at PMB Maryati Amd.Keb in 2023.

Method: Implemented with a quasi-experimental design using a one group pretest and posttest design. with a total sample of 13 people. In the pre-test, the smoothness of the milk before breast care was seen, and in the post-test, the smoothness of the milk was evaluated after the mother had received breast care for 7 days, carried out 2x a day (morning and evening).

Results: Characteristics of respondents based on average age were at the age of 20-30 years 61.5%, High School Education 69.2%, Parity 3-4 children 46.2%, Normal delivery 92.3%, BBL> 2500gr namely 92 .3%. For a comparison before and after further breast care shows that the value of sig(2tailed) t paired is 0.000.

Conclusion: There is an effect of breast care on post partum mothers with the smoothness of breastfeeding at PMB Maryati Amd.Keb in 2023.

Pengaruh Pemberian Daun Sungkai (Peronema Canescens) Terhadap Jumlah Eosinofil Pada Kulit Mencit (Mus Muscullus) Alergi

Allergy is an exaggerated reaction originating from the immune system to a substance that works using immunoglobulin E (IgE) activity due to the presence of certain allergens. One of the activated cells is eosinophil during inflammation. Sungkai leaves (Peronema canescens) contain flavonoids, saponins, alkaloids and phenols which have anti-inflammatory activity, which helps in the healing process. This study was conducted to determine the effect of sungkai leaf smearing on increasing or decreasing the number of eosinophil cells in the skin of allergic mice induced by ovalbumin. This study used a pure experiment with post-test only method with a control group design, using 27 male mice divided into 3 groups, namely control, allergic, and allergic groups which were given Sungkai leaf smear. In this study, the parameters observed were a decrease or increase in the number of eosinophil cells in the skin of allergic mice treated with Sungkai leaf smear. The results of this study showed that out of the 3 treatment groups, there was an increase in the number of eosinophil cells in the skin of mice in the allergic mice group and the allergic mice group that was smeared in the statistical test using the One Way Anova test and there was an effect in the form of an increase in the number of eosinophils with a p value of 0.000. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of giving Sungkai leaves (Peronema canescens) on the number of eosinophil cells in the skin of allergic mice.

Pengaruh Ekstrak Daun Tabat Barito Terhadap Eosinofil Pada Kulit Mencit Alergi

Allergy is a hypersensitivity reaction that occurs due to the induction of Immunoglobulin E antibodies against certain allergens associated with mast cells. Allergic reactions associated with inflammation are activated by released mediators. One of the inflammatory cells involved is eosinophils. Increased eosinophils can be suppressed by ursolic acid, total phenolics, and flavonoids. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of tabat barito leaf extract on the increase and decrease in eosinophil cells in mice skin induced by ovalbumin. This research was a pure experiment (True Experiment Research) with research samples in the form of 27 mice in 3 groups, namely the control, allergy, and allergy groups that were given the extract. This research was conducted at the Anatomical Pathology Laboratory, Kanujoso Djatiwibowo Hospital and the Hematology Laboratory, Medical Laboratory Technology Department, Poltekkes Kaltim. Data analysis was performed using the One Way Anova method to determine the effect of tabat barito leaf extract on allergic mice skin eosinophils. The results showed that the allergic group that was given the extract responded to a decrease in eosinophils on the 14th day when compared to the allergy group that was not given tabat barito leaf extract. The statistical test results obtained a p value of 0.000. It was concluded that there was an effect of giving tabat leaf extract on the reduction of eosinophil cells in the skin tissue of allergic mice given tabat barito leaf extract.

The Pengaruh Terapi Murottal Al-Qur’an Terhadap Tingkat Kecemasan Pada Ibu Bersalin Kala I Di PMB ‘Y’ Di Kecamatan Cibinong, Kabupaten Bogor

Anxiety can be experienced by anyone under any circumstance, especially in women who give birth face. excessive anxiety in pregnant women can also slow cervical dilatation so that more and prolong labor. Based on this, the anxiety must be addressed in order to avoid complications during delivery. One of the efforts in reducing maternal anxiety is to use murattal therapy, namely sound recordings made by a Qori '(readers of the Qur'an) chant the Qur'an physically contain elements of the human voice, the human voice is an instrument healer which amazing and tools that are easiest to reach.This study was to determine the effect of murottal Al-Qur’an therapy on maternal maternity anxiety on delivery duration of labor at PMB ‘Y’, Kecamatan Cibinong, Kabupaten Bogor period August until December 2022.

Research using pre-eksperimental with The study design One Group Pre-Test Post-Test Design. The sample in this study 30 people with purposive sampling.

Based on the results of study, maternal anxiety levels before therapy murottal many as 20 respondents (66.7%) were at moderate levels of anxiety and 10 respondents (33.3%) are at a severe anxiety. Smaller than murottal after therapy is given by 15 respondents (50%) are at the level of mild anxiety and 15 respondents (50%) arriving at moderate levels of anxiety. Statistical analysis using the Wilcoxon test p-value 0,000 results (<0.05).

There is an effect of murottal Al-Qur’an therapy on maternal maternity anxiety on delivery duration of labor at PMB ‘Y’, Kecamatan Cibinong, Kabupaten Bogor period August until December 2022.

Hubungan Afirmasi Positif dan Pendampingan Keluarga Terhadap Kecemasan Ibu Bersalin Kala I di PMB Murtapiah

Persalinan adalah proses pengeluaran janin yang terjadi pada kehamilan cukup bulan. Kecemasan akan muncul pada ibu trimeseter ketiga sampai saat menjelang persalinan. Untuk mengurangi adanyanya kecemasan saat ibu bersalin kala 1 Di Pmb Murtapiah Cikarang yaitu dengan cara afirmasi positif kepada diri ibu sendiri, afirmasi positif dapat menggantikan pemikiran yang negatif sehingga melalui afirmasi dapat memperkuat rasa percaya diri dalam mengatasi situasi dan menghasilkan sesuatu positif dengan cara pengulangan kalimat penegasan sehingga tercipta kecenderungan seseorang untuk mengucapkan hal-hal positif yang dapat meningkatkan integritas diri sehingga tercipta self-efficacy yang baik. Data surveilans Di Pmb Murtapiah Cikarang pada bulan Februari sampai bulan Maret 2023 ada sebanyak 30 ibu bersalin dansebanyak 19 ibu bersalin dengan afirmasi positif yang baik terhadap kecemasan saat menjelang persalinan kala 1, dan afirmasi positif tidak baik terhadap kecemasan saat menjelang persalinan kala 1 yaitu sebanyak 11 ibu bersalin, sedangkan dari pendampingan keluarga terdapat sebanyak 17 ibu bersalin yang mendapatkan pendampingan keluarga yang baik dan sebanyak 13 ibu bersalin yang mendapatkan pendampingan keluarga yang kurang baik.

Tujuan Penelitian: Mengetahui hubungan afirmasi positif terhadap kecemasan ibu bersalin kala 1 Di Pmb Murtapiah Cikarang.

Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini bersifat observasional analitik kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional dan teknik purposive sampling serta menggunakan kuesioner langsung kepada 30 responden, menggunakan uji statistik chi square untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan dari ketigavariabel.

Hasil Penelitian: Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji Chi Square dengan Sig. (2-tailed) dan nilai α 0.050 diperoleh nilai p value = 0.017 sehingga dapat dinyatakan H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima dan diperoleh nilai p value = 0.024 sehingga dapat dinyatakan H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima

Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan antara afirmasi positf terhadap kecemasan ibu bersalin kala dan ada hubungan antara pendampingan keluarga terhadap kecemasan ibu bersalin kala 1 Di Pmb Murtapiah Cikarang..

Pengaruh Senam Hipertensi Terhadap Tekanan Darah Pada Lansia

Abstrak

Hipertensi merupakan penyakit penyebab kematian pertama di dunia. Penyakit ini juga merupakan jalan pembuka bagi penyakit-penyakit lainnya seperti jantung, gagal ginjal, dan stroke. Lansia di Indonesia pada umumnya sebagian besar adalah pengidap hipertensi. Kajian di lapangan menemukan kasus terbanyak pada lansia adalah hipertensi dan penyakit-penyakit lainnya seperti diabetes, asam urat, rematik. Salah satu cara pemeliharaan kesegaran jasmani adalah dengan melakukan senam ,karena dapat merangsang aktifitas kerja jantung untuk melakukan perubahan yang menguntungkan dalam tubuh seseorang yang melaksanakannya. Senam hipertensi merupakan senam yang bertujuan untuk melebarkan pembuluh darah, menurunkan lemak dan kolesterol yang tinggi. Senam hipertensi digunakan sebagai media penurun hipertensi pada lansia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh senam hipertensi terhadap tekanan darah lansia. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan design penelitian pre-ekspreimen (one group pretest and post test). Sampel penelitian sebanyak 35 orang yang mengalami hipertensi dengan teknik purposive sampling. Kriteria sampel penelitian adalah lansia berusia 60 –70 tahun, didiagnosa dengan pre hipertensi –hipertensi berat., Hasil penelitian terdapat penurunan tekanan darah setelah dilakukan senam hipertensi Kesimpulan ada pengaruh senam hipertensi terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi.
